Fall Back into Music
It's the perfect time to visit a nice, warm music venue now that the fall chill has finally arrived—especially as spaces like the Elbo Room continue to make an exit from the scene. It gets heavy early this week with two nights of Slayer and Suicidal Tendencies before First Aid Kit, The Presets and Toro y Moi's project Les Sins hit local venues for separate shows. Dinosaur Jr. front man J Mascis has a new batch of acoustic tunes for his solo show and Capital Cities returns with the final leg of their Sky is Falling Tour. Run the Jewels bring one of the best hip hop albums of the year to Mezzanine and RAC is at the Warfield.
