ARTWORK SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
This program is designed to promote local artists on SF Station and through
marketing materials. SF Station has over 300,000 unique visitors a month.
Marketing materials include, but are not limited
to SF Station's weekly entertainment guide and flyers/postcards.
SF Station's weekly entertainment guide goes out to tens of thousands
In some cases we will also print 10k - 50k flyers/postcards
that are distributed throughout the city over a three month period. Our
street team will hand out flyers
at targeted art/entertainment
events, and drops at retail stores, galleries, museums, universities,
We provide photo credit on all marketing materials (with your name
and website URL), as well as on the website. SF Station will cover
all printing and distribution costs. We are excited
to take part in exposing talented, local artists throughout the bay
area and beyond.
FORMAT AND SIZE
Please submit your design as a gif, jpg, psd, eps, or pdf file. It can
be in any size, but please be aware that if we use it, we will crop
it to fit our promotional material. We recommend the artwork be print
ready (at least 300 dpi).
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ARTWORK
In order to submit your artwork, please contact us
and we will give further instructions.

The artwork you submit MUST be your own! You must have all the rights
to it. We will ask you to sign a release form before we run your artwork.
An artist page will be created. It will include your bio and contact
information. We will credit your artwork on all promotional materials
as well as on the website. Please note that submissions
do not guarantee use.
