Kanye West Rumored to be Working with Paul McCartney

Fresh from headlining separate performances at Outside Lands and Candlestick Park, it appears Kanye West and Paul McCartney could be working on a collaboration on the rapper’s next album.
A new report suggests that Kanye has great respect for music legends and the two have reportedly become good friends. Apparently, Kanye approached Sir Paul while putting finishing touches on his new material and last week he was also backstage at McCartney’s Los Angeles show at Dodgers Stadium.
McCartney is surprisingly a fan of rap music, and revealed last October in a Twitter Q&A that his most recent album purchases were Kanye West and Jay Z. McCartney also said the two rappers would be his top choices for potential collaborators.
With additional support from Def Jam Records founder Rick Rubin, Q-Tip and other, Kanye is expected to drop his new album sometime this fall as a surprise release without any promotion similar to Beyonce’s 2013 self-titled LP.
