While business at many companies slows during the final weeks of December, San Francisco's clubs and venues are anything but quite. It's only appropriate that Kid Cudi, the artist who helped revive hip-hop in 2009 with "Day and Night," kick starts the week with a gig tonight at the Regency Ballroom. His spacey rhymes should give the Bay Area's lonely stoners plenty of inspiration to attend the Shadow Circus Christmas Special, a holiday puppet show featuring drugged-up dinosaurs and giant cockroaches at the Climate Theater. On Thursday, the organizers behind the annual Noise Pop festival get into the holiday spirit with handcrafted gifts at other goodies at Noise Pop Holiday Shop. Elevate your spirits later that evening and get an aerial view of the Christmas decorations on Union Square with Dresscode at the classic SF venue, Harry Denton's Starlight Room. And help break in one of San Francisco's newest venues on Friday with Designer Deejays at Manor West. If you are not out of breath by the end of the weekend, head to The Marsh on Sunday and cleanse yourself with some wholesome entertainment at the Greatest Bubble Show on Earth.
