People often call San Francisco an international city, but it's weeks like this that show that it truly is one. Fans of Latin salsa dancing will meet for Salsa Festival on The Fillmore and the music of West Africa is on display at The Regency with Seun Kuti, the son of revolutionary Nigerian musician Fela Kuti. World Cup fever is back with the Women's World Cup Finals Screening and Indonesia Day 2011 is planned for Union Square. The conversation will take on a more serious note at US-Pakistan Relations at a Turning Point, a discussion on the evolving relationship with the two countries. On the lighter side, there's an excuse for daytime drinking at the El Rio's Patiopalooza and nighttime shopping at Crafty NightLife, featuring more than 40 indie designers and vendors.

Weekly Giveaway: Name three films highlighted in our Silent Film Festival? Email the correct answer to [email protected] for a chance to win Say Anything 20 Anniversary Edition on DVD starring John Cusack.
