Sometimes a good laugh and a hearty meal is all you need to escape the winter doldrums and brighten your night or day. Luckily, you can get both this week. The 10th Annual SF Sketchfest kicks off Thursday and continues into February with events featuring Dan Akroyd, Candice Bergen, David Byrne, and more. The entertainment should also be titillating with Hubba Hubba Review Soviet Union and ghetto house pioneer Gant-Man at Lights Down Low. Don't miss the first Radio Africa & Kitchen Winter Festival, which promises to warm your inner wintertime with African food, music, and art, and get inspired by the 11th Annual Women on the Way Festival. Recharge and give something back to the community with Dine About Town 2011, one of the San Francisco's tastiest fundraiser. Bon appetit!
