Trap City SF, Soul Slam and Silent Films
Trap City, one of San Francisco's best new parties, celebrates its first anniversary with resident DJs and the Temple dubstup crew and Soul Slam SF is back for its 8th year with a tribute to Prince and Michael Jackson. Brass Tax and Space Cowboy partner for Two Live Crews and Yoshi's hosts its first White Party with DJ Mind Motion and D Sharp. 1015 Folsom celebrates musical revolutionary Fela Kuti with a night of afrobeat and Oakland's own revolutionary band the Coup are back on stage in SF. Classics return to Castro Theatre with the Silent Film Festival and the Forth Annual Glide Legacy Gala recognizes up-and-coming change agents who are dedicated to improving the lives of others with a night of music and dance.
