Karl the Fog’s Autobiography Rolls in Before Summer

The anonymous and snarky personality that runs the popular Karl The Fog Twitter account recently announced plans to publish a book to be released in May titled, “‘Karl the Fog’: the story of my life as the San Francisco fog.”
The book will be published by Chronicle Books on May 7th; including a hardback version that features removable fog on the cover.

The Twitter account, which started in August of 2010, is active on a nearly daily basis and has more than 355,000 followers. The associated Instagram account posts less frequently, but still has 242,000 followers.
The person behind the notorious Twitter account has been unknown for almost a decade, but from time to time conducts email interviews with Bay Area news media outlets.
