Kendrick Lamar, 2 Chainz to Headline KMEL Summer Jam

Bay Area hip hop and R&B station KMEL released the lineup today for its annual Summer Jam concert at Oracle Arena on June 9th.

The lineup features hip-hop heavyweights Kendrick Lamar, 2 Chainz, J. Cole and Wale, along with up-and-comers RaVaughn and Trinidad James, who broke out last year with his track “All Gold Everything.”

Lamar and 2 Chainz are arguably the biggest hip hop stories of the past year, while J. Cole and Wale are working on two of the most fervently anticipated new albums set to drop in 2013.
