Halloween

There are only a few days left of summer, but the party is far from over. After the massive EDM party was put on hold last year, LovEvolution returns in Oakland this Saturday with a few changes, including a nighttime after party inside Oracle Arena. The whips and chains are back out for the Folsom Street Fair and Polk Street Blues festival is back with a day full of 12-bar boogie. Earthdance brings an eclectic mix of electronic and live performances to its debut at Solano County Fairgrounds and bass producers are on blast at Club Six's Dubstep Producer Showcase. 24 Days of Central Market Arts puts the central Market area on display while Blocktoberfest celebrates the perfect pairing of beer and rock 'n' roll. The 14th Annual Music for People & Thingamajigs Festival returns with more experimental music and Hank 3 injects a little country twang into the week with a show at the Regency Ballroom.
