OSL Nightlife

In addition to world-class performers nearly every day of the week, San Francisco is home to a vibrant music scene. This week, we take a look at three local bands at The Lineup, a showcase presented by SF Station and BAMM.tv. You can find more local tunes with Ty Segall, who shared the stage with Green Day during a surprise show last week, and DJ Qbert, SF's own world-famous DJ and producer. There will be plenty of talk about sustainability and localizing at the Green Festival, and you can find locally sourced beads and music at the Bay Area Bead Extravaganza and KUSF's Rock 'n' Swap, respectively. The 4th Annual SF Bike Expo returns to the Cow Palace and Ninth Annual SF International South Asian Film Festival is back on the big screen at Castro Theatre.

Weekly Giveaway: What's the first thing you would do if you found out you were Immortal? email us with your answer at [email protected] for a chance to win a pass for 2 to the Immortals screening on Thu Nov 10 at Century 9.
