Lace Up for Bay To Breakers
Bay to Breakers returns with another drunken citywide party to cap a week filled with great events. Starting tonight, Tutu Tuesdays celebrates its sixth anniversary before Carrie Brownstein brings a little Portlandia flavor to SF. Local rock luminaries Billie Joe Armstrong, Sammy Hagar and James Hetfield join forces for Acoustic for a Cure and Hetfield is back in action Friday for Metallica Night at AT&T Park. The Asian Heritage Street Celebration arrives in Little Saigon and Hilton opens its 46th floor party space for Dance in The Sky. Trap City returns with Meaux Green and Purity Ring is at Mezzanine for a DJ set.
Just Announced: The Airborne Toxic Event kicks off their fall tour at The Fillmore, playing each of their albums in its entirety on three separate nights, Sept. 18, 19 & 20th! Enter to Win 2 tickets here. Tickets on sale Fri May 16th at 10am.
