ABOUT THE GO! TEAM:
The Go! Team announce their first North American shows in 5 years with a run of West Coast dates in May 2024. The shows will see the band play songs from their double whammy of recent releases 'Get Up Sequences Part 1' and 'Part 2' and also serve as a celebration of 20 years since the release of their debut album 'Thunder, Lightning, Strike'.
The Go! Team burst onto the scene back in 2004 with their debut album 'Thunder, Lightning, Strike', putting the disco in discordant & red limiting the levels with a heady mix of old school hip hop, (northern) soul and guitar feedback. Twenty years later The Go! Team, led by main man Ian Parton and fireball frontwoman Ninja, are still as exhilarating and life affirming as ever.
