This week we will be hosting a silent disco pilates class at Ocean Beach, with local pilates instructor @jessifitpilates a NY native who took her love and passion for fitness to the SF Bay Area. Focusing on helping individuals discover the true joy of movement. Her true passion is getting you to strengthen, stretch and smile!
