Showga presents: Everything is Medicine! w musical guest Brent Curriden

SEE EVENT DETAILS
SHOWGA is thrilled to be collaborating with Anchor Brewing Co. for two events in January. Admission for these events includes the SHOWGA event, plus a FREE Anchor beer to follow!

SHOWGA is an event series focused on empowerment through the senses, incorporating yoga, live music, lights, aromatherapy, and visualization. Participants learn to work with each sense as a tool for wellness, stress reduction, increased performance, and creative flow. Each SHOWGA experience is focused around a theme, which is explored via the 5 senses. SHOWGA always features a live music performance from a range of genres, musicians and bands. Performers weave the given theme into their sets.

The theme for these January Anchor SHOWGA events is "Everything is Medicine". We will learn to draw upon the support that is always around and within us. Medicine is anything that will help us, make us better, heal us, or bring balance back into our lives. There is medicine and great beauty in all aspects of our environment. We can use anything or any situation as an ally, or as support on the path toward growth and well being.

We are thrilled to announce guitarist Brent Curriden as the musical guest for this event! Brent plays lead guitar in Bay Area bands Travis Hayes, Cave Clove, and Lords of Sealand.
After the SHOWGA experience, enjoy fresh Anchor brews on tap and delicious grub from the food truck! Anchor Public Taps is Anchor Brewing's new pilot brewery and bar located across the street from Anchor's iconic Potrero Hill brewery and taproom.

Ancho Public Taps is a friendly gathering place for trying both new, experimental brews, and the classic Anchor beers you know and love. It has some of the best local food trucks scheduled daily, as well as calendar of special events to celebrate those good times and good beer!
