Restaurant Branding

We will review the best examples of contemporary restaurant/food branding design along with the the unique challenges and rewards they present. Sharing best practices and approaches of designing for the food industry, we will review your progress each week in a critique/class discussion format. By the end of the 6 week session, students will have developed a concept for their restaurant: the logo, menus, and collateral materials, leaving you will a full restaurant concept for your poke shack, fine dining establishment (and everything in between).
