Rebecca Gaydos is a Ph.D. candidate in the English department at UC Berkeley. She is currently working on a dissertation examining the relationship between technology and experimental poetry during the 1950s and 1960s and a book of poems tracing questions of race, sexuality and language across Mexico and the U.S. She is from Los Angeles.
Samia Rahimtoola is a poet and scholar in the English department at UC Berkeley. Her recent work engages movement, both physical and affective, in contemporary American life. Her writing has appeared in Fou and Hubbub.
