Plein Air Artists invitational to Benefit Youth Arts Education

Artists are invited to enter up to three pieces and bring five additional paintings with easels for sale. The entry fee is $35 and the application deadline is February 28, 2014. Renowned Artist and Carmel Art Association President Will Bullas will judge the submitted paintings. A portion of the proceeds benefit The Professional Artists in the Schools program (PAS) administered by The Arts Council for Monterey County. Everyone is invited to a Q&A and tasting with Dr. Stephen Brabeck, proprietor of The Quail & Olive from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. The winners will be announced during a reception from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Both the lecture and reception will take place in the patio at The Quail and Olive.
