The Hottest new band in the Bay Area will be performing at the Hottest new venue. Paula Harris and her band The Beasts of Blues have taken the world by storm with their innovative new style of Blues which fuses elements of Blues with strong doses of Funk, Jazz and Soul. The press has said if “Etta James fronted the Tower of Power and they were a blues band- they would sound a lot like Paula Harris” Paula’s enormous voice and stage presence combine with her band and her horn section, affectionately nick named “The Big Ass Brass” to deliver a wallop of an impudent, in-your-face, entertaining show which explains why they generally sell out every venue they perform. She is currently nominated for the 2013 Blues Music Awards in the Best New Artist Category.
