Notes & Words, an annual benefit concert for UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland, brings together musical talent and celebrated writers for an inspiring evening of live entertainment with a purpose.
This year's line up includes: reggae icon Ziggy Marley; classical-meets-hip-hop duo Black Violin; award-winning actress Jennifer Garner, and authors Peggy Orenstein and Kelly Corrigan.
Ziggy Marley
A six-time Grammy winner, Emmy Winner, humanitarian, singer, songwriter and producer, Ziggy Marley has released twelve albums to much critical acclaim. His early immersion in music came at age ten when he sat in on recording sessions with his father, Bob Marley.
