Mission Dolores Basilica Choir Candlelight Christmas Concert

This Centennial concert will celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Basilica building’s completion in December 1918. The concert will feature Charles Gounod’s “Solemn Mass to St. Cecilia.” Jerome Lenk will conduct the Basilica Choir with soloists Susan Gundunas, soprano; Stephen Guggenheim, tenor; and Christian Purcell, bass; and the Basilica Chamber Orchestra, featuring David Hatt, organist. The traditional Annual Carol Sing-Along will follow the intermission.
