Michael Mina’s Bourbon Pub is excited to host a Hops & Harvest Beer Dinner event with Coronado Brewing Company to highlight the versatility of the beers alongside dishes from the restaurant. Fresh, farm-to-table dishes created will be paired with specially-crafted beers for a flavorful evening sure to entice.
First: Minted Melon & Speck (Orange Ave Wit)
Second: Little Gem, Pickled Shallot, Citrus, Radish, Brioche (Easy Up Pale)
Third: Crispy Cod Taco, Jicama Slaw, Avocado, Chipotle Aioli (Islander IPA)
Fourth: Smoked Brisket, Baked Beans, Corn Hush Puppy (Mermaid’s Red)
Fifth: Pavlova, Crispy Meringue, Coconut Sorbet, Compressed Pineapple (Stingray IPA)
Sixth: Warm Berry Cobbler, Strawberry Ice Cream, Red Verjus Gastrique (Berry The Hatchet)
