Bay Area jazz guitarist Mason Razavi crafts lush arrangements, with a mellow, fun, exploratory vibe. Two years ago, he released his debut solo guitar record--the intimate People, Places, and Monsters. This Saturday, he celebrates the pre-release of his debut quartet album, Quartet Plus. The release date is not set, but those who come to Blackbird this Saturday can count themselves among the first to hear the new songs, some of which have been kicking around Razavi's head for more than a decade.
