Jose Neto has worked with Eric Clapton and is the full time guitarist for Steve Winwood. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Jose Neto trained at the São Paulo Academy of Music before moving to New York City where Harry Belafonte hired him as his guitarist. He’s been touring ever since. The Netoband has become an annual event at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club in London as well as a much-beloved Bay Area favorite. Neto will be touring this autumn on the Steve Winwood Live the Life Tour with Rod Stewart.
