San Jose Jazz is proud to present a Friday night concert with Henry Clement & The Gumbo Band at the San Pedro Square Market. Armed with parasols, feathers, a big brass section, and paraders, Henry Clement's performances always create a festive, friendly atmosphere for every audience member. Henry is a Louisiana-bred entertainer who played piano, harmonica, and drums professionally at parades in Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi before the age of ten. Always the busy performer, he also maintains a touring schedule with such artists as Amos Milburn, Fats Domino, Otis Redding, Charles Brown, B.B. King, and others.
