Come join the movement to create resident owned and controlled permanently affordable housing in San Francisco! San Francisco’s Future Twin, Annie Girl and the Flight as well as Brooklyn’s Baby Alpaca will be putting on a great show in support of SFCLT; offering you the chance to support a worthwhile cause and experience some of the best emerging music coming from our city. You will also get a chance to hear from SFCLT co-op residents and staff -- Future Twin’s Jean Jeanie is even on the SFCLT board of directors -- and learn about a new model for preserving space in San Francisco in a time of record high evictions and real estate prices.
Suggested donation of $10-15, but no one turned away for lack of funds. We only ask you give what you can!
The SFCLT is a membership-based organization whose mission is to create permanently affordable, resident-controlled housing for low to moderate income people in San Francisco through community ownership of the land. We work to preserve SF's diminishing affordable housing stock by acquiring and converting rental buildings into permanently affordable housing cooperatives, through which the current residents become owners of their residential co-op while the SFCLT maintains ownership of the land and enforces the affordability requirements in perpetuity.

A big shout out to the San Francisco Bay Bridged for helping us to promote the event! We love you.
