We're beyond stoked to be partnering with Lumen for the SF debut of his new "World Of Glass" project, a uniquely immersive format centered around eclectic styles of dance music, live produced on piano and electronic instruments - aimed at wonder and the common threads of human experience.
Lumen blends his background in the avant-garde (as an award winning Philharmonic fellow, orchestral composer, and world touring jazz pianist) with his love for electronic dance music, hip-hop, and world music. "World of Glass" is a place where light passes freely through us, and where we serve as vessels to illuminate the light, channeling collective energy and inspiration into those around us.
Set within the intimate art gallery space of Heron Arts - the event will be accompanied by the "RESONANCE IN LIGHT" exhibition, where large-scale illuminated artworks respond to the soundscape, creating an immersive exploration of sound and light. We can't wait to bring the community together through our collective passion and love for music and art to share in this one-of-a-kind transcendent illuminating experience.
