He divides his time between his home in Kolkata, India and the rest of the world.Indranil Mallick is a tabla player of rare skill, who plays both as a soloist and accompanist. He has been training since the age of five. Currently, he is under the guidance of Pt. Swapan Chaudhuri. Indranil belongs to Luckhnow Gharana style of tabla.
