"It's about leaving your mark on the world. It's about leaving your Autograf." This trio is making a serious splash in the dance music scene with original tunes that always put you in a good mood. Autograf is turning into a household name in 2015 and we're proud to bring them back to Audio for whats going to be a sold out show.

Before the music, there was Future Soup. This was the first creation by Autograf, an eight-foot 500-pound sculpture. It's an obsession with the Future and the limitless possibilities it holds. What started out as a desire to "make art," turned into a curiosity to make music. This curiosity has set the Hype Machine charts ablaze with four #2 hits overall and two #1's for Autograf's remixes of Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, French Horn Rebellion & Savoir Adore. In a short period of time, Autograf has gained critical acclaim in the blogosphere being named to Indie Shuffle's annual "Best Remixes" award along with numerous features on ThisSongIsSick, Thump/Vice, Dancing Astronaut, Gotta Dance Dirty and more. With BBC Radio 1 airtime, and over 1.5 million Soundcloud plays and growing, this new music project is here to stay.

With all the new found success for the music, Autograf hasn't lost sight of the desire to make art. "We have some new sculptures in the works, and are also developing a hybrid electronic live show. We're making our own midi-controllers and custom digital instruments. For our live shows, we want to create a unique experience for the audience that goes beyond the DJ booth. For our DJ sets, perhaps we'll install our sculptures to make a sort of dance party meets art installation. There's just so much we want to do."

With no shortage of ideas, where they go is as limitless as their vision for the "Future." One thing is for certain; Autograf is taking their "Future Soup" mantra to heart.

~~~~~~~~
Combining two art students and a derivatives trader into an all-encompassing art project was surely a novel concept. Autograf -- formed by Jake Carpenter, Louis Kha, and Mikul Wing -- craft a shimmery mix of futuristic electronica with a D.I.Y. ethos that melds the skills from their former day jobs. When the electronic music scene reached a certain peak, the group wanted to bring some sexy back to the genre. After remixing a string of songs by prominent artists like Lorde and Pharrell, they released their first original song, "Dream," through Ultra Records, followed by "Running" and "Metaphysical," featuring Autograf-designed paintings and mixed-media pieces. Autograf's future philosophy and artistic talents led them to create their own stage installations, which they hoped would revolutionize the electronic music scene. Following the release of their first three originals, the trio released their debut EP, 'Future Soup,' and continued the momentum with their Hype Machine dominating single "Nobody Knows" via Armada Music and remix of "Rockabye" by Clean Bandit and Sean Paul. Without slowing down, the trio then made their Big Beat Records debut with their jam "You Might Be" featuring Lils. Following stellar performances at Coachella, the group released their single "Simple" featuring Victoria Zaro with Spinnin Records. Autograf continue to grow in various aspects of art culture, having recently opened a Future Factory art gallery in Bangkok, featuring Joan Cornella as the opening exhibition. This side to the project will come as no surprise to fans of the band, who designed and built their own lighting rig for their last US tour. The guys just revealed their own streetwear line as well. A By Autograf combines their passion for a perfect intersection between art, fashion and music.
