state is pleased to present a conversation between artist Rachelle Reichert and satellite earth-imaging specialist and designer Robert Simmon (NASA, Planet Labs) to discuss her work and its relationship to satellite photography and how it is shaping our views of the earth. The conversation will contrast image with material and how these forms of information inform or deceive the viewer.
