You are codially invited to April in Paris, a Soirée at the University Club featuring Baritone Daniel Belcher and Pianist Ronny Michael Greenberg on Tuesday April 2!
The program will begin with the theatrical and witty Chansons Villageoises and Chansons Gaillardes by Poulenc, to be enjoyed with a refreshing, aromatic French white wine. The second half switches gears to the noble story of Don Quichotte set by Ibert and Ravel, paired with an equally 'chivalrous' Red wine from the Côtes Catalanes by the southern border of France.
We will share the story of how we met in Hawaii, our love for French music and our formative years at the San Francisco Opera.
