The 28th Annual MarinScapes Fine Art Exhibit & Benefit showcases works by more than 30 artists and photographers immortalizing the life and landscapes of Marin County. Enjoy complimentary wine and refreshments at a historic winery set amid bucolic hills in Larkspur. Many pieces will feature scenes of Marin's national parks as a salute to the Centennial Celebration of the National Parks Service. This year's featured artist is Christin Coy. Proceeds support Buckelew Programs, including Family Service Agency of Marin and Helen Vine Recovery Center.
Tickets are $15 for the Meet the Artists Reception Friday June 24, 5:30 p.m.to 8 p.m. and for the weekend exhibit on June 25 and 26, noon to 6 p.m. On Saturday at 11 a.m., Artist Tom Killion will give a demonstration and special talk about his Japanese-style Woodcut Prints. $15 admission includes entrance to MarinScapes, which opens at Noon. Advance tickets to the Opening Night Gala on June 23, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. are $150/$250.
