Outside Lands! The 2018 Food and Drink Lineup with Over 200 Menu Options
Organizers for the 11th annual Outside Lands announced the food and drink lineup, complete with more than 200 menu options plus 30 breweries and 41 wineries from Northern California. Cuisine and drink options exist across seven unique festival experiences (A Taste of the Bay Area, Wine Lands, Beer Lands, Cheese Lands, Outside Clams, GastroMagic, and Cocktail Magic).
With the music lineup already announced, festival organizers turn their attention once again to celebrating Northern Californian cuisine, wine, and beer. Some of the new vendor options this year are Son’s Addition serving chorizo and manchego croquettes along with coconut-ginger chicken rice bowls, Dinosaurs’ banh mi tea sandwiches, and Foxsister’s sweet & spicy Korean fried chicken wings. There’s also shrimp and pork siu mai dumplings and live sushi handrolls from Dumpling Time & Live Sushi Bar, hand-held fennel sausage calzones, and crispy Italian rice balls by Fiorella; plus wood-fired pizzas and edible cookie dough from Firepie.
Those attending the festival as VIPs, get even more options with exclusive food options from Ayesha Curry and Michael Mina’s International Smoke plus French bistro Petit Marlowe serving oysters and wine. A new offering at Cheese Lands this year is Cypress Grove, offering goat and sheep milk cheeses made in Humboldt County.
