Cider Summit Returns to the Presidio with Close to 200 Ciders to Try
Cider drinkers tend to get shorted when it comes to options at most bars, however, Cider Summit is the annual event when cider becomes the star of the show. On Saturday, April 14, be ready for a beautiful, outdoor, cider-filled day at the Presidio. Cider Summit is the region’s largest hard cider festival and will have a gloriously massive list of options with nearly 200 ciders to try, including both local favorites and international ciders, and cider cocktails.
Food selections will be available for purchase from vendors including Slow Hand BBQ, Full Moon Crepes and other assorted small bites. Whole Foods Market will also host a cider and food-pairing pavilion featuring local cidermakers and food purveyors. The event will also feature a “Dog Lounge” hosted by Berkeley Humane & Wag Hotels.
General admission tickets start at $40 in advance and include a souvenir tasting glass and 15 tasting tickets. A VIP ticket option starts at $50 and includes early access to the event, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., a souvenir tasting glass, and 18 tasting tickets. Additional tasting tickets will be available onsite for $2 each.
