What would you put in your brand new Timbuk2 Pride-themed bag? That’s simple, my diabetic café and supplies. I am type 2 and carry my insulin meter and supplies. Since I visit SF in the day time from Oakland, as I am retired senior and disable, I have to also carry food and snacks for diabetics. I also may carry other stuff that I may buy in SF as all merchants wants to charge for a bag fee. and that’s what I would carry along with display the Rainbow culture.

  7. A good book, headphones for podcast pleasures, a snack (because hunger never takes a break), a Giants hat just in case Bochy calls me up, and room for the treasure I’m always hoping to find!

  8. All my rainbow inspired makeup!

  9. My camera, a note book, a pen and a water bottle. Let’s explore the city, again and again !

  10. Snacks, books and a jacket for when it gets cold in SF!

  11. Water, journal, book, sanitizer, tissue, social justice agenda ;D, business cards and probably folder with my resumes until I get a job, haha.

  23. In my pride-themed bag I’d make sure to have: a bottle of Karl the Fog Vodka from Hanger 1, a BiRite sandwich, the latest Dave Eggers novel and an SF Giants pullover (because layers).

  24. A change of street clothes. That way I don’t have to wear my anthropomorphic giant carrot costume on BART while riding home at 11:00 at night after a long day at work being a giant anthropomorphic carrot.

  25. Sparkling water, Sofia sparkling wine in a can, Naked tangerine juice, Boulangerie pastries, Thermos of Sightglass drip, fruit salad, binocs, Moleskine, red gel pen, and my boo and I would be ready for a brunch picnic at Baker Beach! Ok, he needs the giant tube of sunscreen, too.

I want to say to each person that no matter what happens in the world, I’m gonna stand by them and help them whenever they need help. There are so many lgbt members who feel alone and I want to let them know that they don’t have to live a lonely life. into my pack go my bento box lunch, my tablet, my sunglasses, my bike jacket if it’s warm, my telephone so it does not fall out of pocket, bike gloves, a couple of energy bars, a firmly closed water bottle, a rolled up inflatable sit-upon cushion — and there you are, packed with pride.

  58. Harmony Namaste June 10, 2016 at 9:12 am

I honestly would just transfer what I have in my backpack now into this groovyU0001f308backpack. Let’s see, I have my wallet, medical cannabis stash, munchies, tarot cards, magic 8 ball and a hoodie. With all that said, all of these precious gems needs a new home, I hope I win!

  59. I would put capri sun, a snack pack, my xylaphone, and my beanie baby collection!

  60. Everything I want.

  61. I would carry my water bottle, snacks and legos for my 5 year old to play with while we commute.

  63. A glue stick, some assorted art supplies, my art journal, the academic article I’m working on, and my water bottle

  64. As a super busy commuter, I rely on my bag to carry EVERYTHING I need when I am on the go.  Since I am a full-time worker and part-time grad student, I carry my laptop, copious pens/markers/highlighters, Tylenol (for the stressful days), snacks for the days I can’t stop for food, my iPad to read on the train, and of course two iPhone chargers (one for me, one for the person that’s inevitably going to ask me if they can use mine). Sometimes I feel like I live my life on the go, so my bag is sort of like a portable room for me to make sure I have everything I need for the day to survive in SF.

  65. field guide, binoculars, water, and snacks for birding :)

  66. I’d LIKE to say that if I won this awesome bag, the first thing that’d go inside is all my clothes so I could celebrate the pride parade “properly dressed” (naked!). But I’m too shy for that and don’t run very fast… so instead I’d pay it forward. I’d fill the bag with fun pride themed trinkets and water bottles to hand out at the celebration. I <3 SF.

  67. My wallet, tablet and phone.

  68. Papers, books, and food of course.

  69. My lunch and workbook!

  70. I would take it on Bart with me as part of my daily work commute between SF and East Bay! Filled with snacks, my laptop, Bartable water bottle and my glasses.
