A rarely seen TV promo for Nirvana’s third and final studio album, In Utero, resurfaced on YouTube today on the verge of the album’s 20th anniversary re-release.

The bizarre video features comedian Bob “Bobcat” Goldthwait leading the band through labor drills before the fully clothed and very pregnant trio pummels him with “newborns.”
