New Original Travel Series Premieres with SF Episode
A new travel series that will be featured exclusively on Hulu and Hulu Plus premieres this week with an episode featuring many of San Francisco’s famed tourist attractions.
Acclaimed producer and director Richard Linklater has created the show called ”Up To Speed.” Tour guide and host Timothy Speed Levitch will visit some of America’s “monumentally ignored monuments” as he travels across the country.
The premiere, which airs on Thursday, August 9, will include a tour of San Francisco destinations such as the Seals at Pier 39, Alamo Square, The Golden Gate Fire Hydrant in Dolores Park and The House of Falling Furniture.

Linklater, best known for movies such as “Bernie,” “Dazed and Confused” and “Exit Through the Gift Shop” is using “Up To Speed” as his first foray into episodic TV storytelling.
