Parada 22, known for its homestyle Puerto Rican cuisine, is launching brunch service on Saturday and Sunday.

Located in the Haight, the menu features a number of classic breakfast items (think eggs, homefries, sausage, pancakes), but also items like chorizo and eggs, burrito desayuno and biscuits with a vegetarian, herb-cream gravy.

Parada will also feature a number of lunch items familiar to regulars. Sandwiches, salads and other Puerto Rican classics are included for those not looking for brunch items. There are also vegetarian items on tap as well.

Parada 22 is located at 1805 Haight Street between Shrader and Stanyan. The restaurant will be open for brunch (or lunch) at 11:30 on both Saturday and Sunday.
