Mumford & Sons Debut New Track

Mumford & Sons, our favorite folky English rock band, is back at it with a beautiful ballad speculatively called “Home” by fans.

The song was performed at Glastonbury music festival and has since been performed at other summer festivals and recorded during an in-studio performance on Colorado radio station KBCO.

“Home” has a much more mellow, introspective tone than the rambunctious hits “Little Lion Man” and “The Cave” from the band’s most recent album Sigh No More. The combination of the guitar, banjo and piano are perfectly balanced with yearning vocals, making for a stunning track that proves the versatility of these guys. As they prepare for a second album to be released later this year, we look forward to hearing how their sound will mature. In the meantime, take a listen to “Home” below.
