Baskin-Robbins Offers 31 Cent Scoops
Part of an effort to honor America’s firefighters, Baskin-Robbins shops nationwide are offering 31 cent scoops of ice cream on Wednesday night as part of its 5th annual 31 Cent Scoop Night.
The Baskin-Robbins Community Foundation is donating $100,000 to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. During last year’s event, they scooped more than 4 million ice cream cups and cones.
Along with the donation, Baskin-Robbins is encouraging customers to support NFFF programs. They can text 6333 (NFFF) to 50555 to make a personal $5 additional donation. All proceeds will go to help families who are facing difficult times.
There is also a new flavor that customers can try throughout the month of April, Firehouse #31. It is a combination of atomic fireball candy pieces, hot cinnamon and vanilla ice cream.
The event is from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. at stores nationwide.
