With Top Chef All-Stars having crowned a new king (will there be a queen ever again?), a new season of Top Chef Masters is ready to be plated and served (sorry, I couldn’t help myself). And this time we have San Francisco chef Traci Des Jardins to root for.

To kick things off, there’ll be a viewing party at Public House tomorrow night, Wednesday, April 6th at 8pm. Traci (chef/owner of Jardinière, Public House & Mijita and Manzanita in Lake Tahoe) will be competing for La Cocina and, at the viewing, there’ll be a La Cocina prepared appetizer plate and three featured tequila drinks (Mijita Margarita, Paloma and Diablo) available for consumption, with proceeds going to La Cocina. The Public House kitchen will also be open and serving their regular menu items.

According to event organizers:

Bravo’s Top Chef Masters will begin airing on Wednesday April 6 at 8:00 PM, and will run for 10 weeks airing at 7:00 PM the following weeks. We will show all Top Chef Masters episodes on the Public House TV’s throughout the season.
