The holidays often create unwanted stress, commitments and tension, but for every unavoidable holiday party or shopping trip, a unique Bay Area event looms nearby. Take a break and bug out today on Union Square with the Bug Mob Dance Squad, featuring performers from Cirque du Soleil's Ovo production. While the Bay Area does it's best to become a winter wonderland, blow of some steam at Slim's when the hard-rockin' ladies of The Donnas take the stage, or get decked out and snuggle up with other holiday revelers for the Beauty Bar Christmas Party. Find a red suit and white beard and party incognito on Saturday at the annual Santacon blowout that emerges at an undisclosed location before creating "Santarchy" throughout the City. And give yourself a final holiday reprieve and rock out with your disco stick out on Sunday with pop's latest diva sensation, Lady Gaga. You deserve it!
