The Yoga -Dharma Mindfulness Yoga-Meditation workshop aims to develop awareness and clarity to Body-Mind. It is a moment-to-moment intimate exploration with our body and mind experiences, tendencies, needs and qualities. The workshop combines the practice and approach of both Yoga and the Buddha Dharma.
