Since forming in 2010, local reggae group Yeshua & The Hightones have made it their mission to play every local venue they can, including Mexican restaurant Mezcal, dance club Studio 8 and rock venue Blank Club. This Friday they'll add dive bar Johnny V's to the list. Playing to such different audiences isn't really a challenge. The group has range-the members come from such very different backgrounds (rock, classical, metal) but have found common ground in reggae. They pull off an energetic, cohesive set.
