The Online Auction
Donate a Service!
"Service to humanity is service to God, and the means for that is yoga." -B.K.S. Iyengar
B.K.S. Iyengar calls on us to perform seva as part of our path to divinity. Seva, meaning selfless service is steeped in Karma Yoga - yoga of action - and Bhakti Yoga - yoga of devotional worship. Offering divine service is a form of uplifting and awakening one’s own spirituality and that of the community.
We are asking for contributions in the form of services which others will bid on. Examples of services to consider --
Home services like meal preparation, house/pet sitting, dog walking, babysitting, house cleaning, handyman work, transportation, yard-work, personal shopper
Professional services like legal advice, tax preparation, graphic design work, landscape design, simple website design, home-networking
Skilled/craftsmanship services like car/bike repair, massage therapy, art work, voice/music/arts & craft lessons.
