Bay Area Jazz saxophonist Michael O’Neill will join Sofitel San Francisco Bay to celebrate Fete de la Musique, also known as World Music Day. Backed by a quintet of talented musicians, O’Neill will perform an array of Jazz favorites from the 1940s and 1950s with a “Paris Noir” theme. A carefully curated selection of songs by famous jazz artists with musical roots in France including Sydney Bechet, Miles Davis and Josephine Baker will create a uniquely French celebration!
Sofitel San Francisco Bay’s outdoor patio will set the stage for this magnifique event, and guests can partake in refreshing food and beverage options from the hotel’s restaurant, Bay 223. Following Fete de la Musique, O’Neill will return to San Francisco Bay Wednesday evenings throughout the summer for weekly Jazz concerts.
