Dive into the depths of your inner clown! Drawing on clowning, theater, improv and movement exercises, we will work intimately to explore ourselves through the lens of a clown. We will use play and whimsy to explore the parts of ourselves we often hide from the world, and we will use vulnerability and laughter as ways to connect deeply with ourselves and with others. Get ready to get profoundly playful!
No previous clowning/theater experience required!
