Start 2016 right with some beautiful singing: The Piedmont East Bay Children's Choir "Winter Concert" Celebrates American Music. The Piedmont East Bay Children's Choir (PEBCC), one of the most in-demand children's choirs in the East Bay, will present its popular Winter Concert, on January 23rd at 3:00 pm in the First Presbyterian Church, 2619 Broadway in Oakland. This year, the theme of the concert celebrates American Music with Folk Songs and African American Spirituals. The concert showcases six different choirs from the Training Department with a special presentation by Concert Choir and the flagship group Ensemble.
