Circo Zero Presents Winter Circle X
An unsettling winter gathering of talking, listening, healing, ritual, and performance with food and a punk band. A three-part event to support moving into winter, considering indigenous/settler relations, healing from political harm, celebrating queer solidarity.All are welcome.Come for one part or stay all day.Everything free.
ONE :: 12:30pm-2:30pm
Talking & listening circle prioritizing indigenous voiceswith Kanyon CoyoteWoman Sayers-Roods (Mutsun-Ohlone, California Native), Snowflake Towers (Yoeme, Mayan), and Mary Jean Robertson (Cherokee)
TWO :: 2:30pm-4:30pm
Community political healing clinicwith a diverse team of 10 healers using hands, prayer, sound, divination, fun, and/or love to address issues of political harm, trauma, ancestor healing, and dis/ease, with:Sara Shelton Mann, Gerald Casel, Nekia Wright, Amani Will, Philip Huang, Hannah Wasielewski, Tupili, Snowflake Towers, Keith Hennessy
THREE :: 4:30pm-6:00pm
A punk winter ritual performancewith punk band Hemorage and dancers Jose Abad, Europa Grace, Bhumi Patel, Randy Reyes, Daria Garina, Snowflake Towers, and Keith Hennessy
