Pappardelle with wild mushrooms, shredded duck breast confit and mushroom sauce
Served with 2006 Sangiovese
Family Style Entree Course
Braised Boneless Pork Spareribs with star anise and blackberry jus, roasted broccolini
Served with 2006 Petit Verdot
Plated Dessert Course
Roasted Pear and Almond Crumble with whipped creme fraiche
Served with 2013 Late Harvest Viognier
